Leroy Murray, Jr. – President and CEO of Crimeless Security
Mr. Leroy Murray, Jr. is Owner and President of Crimeless Security, Incorporated. Mr. Murray brings over eighteen (18) years of law enforcement and management experience to his company. He is a graduate of Phoenix College in Phoenix, Arizona and has attended Arizona State University at Tempe, Arizona. Primary responsibilities include day-to-day oversight, management, and supervision of Crimeless Security department heads. Mr. Murray serves as the point person for business solicitations and the structuring of contracts/bids for security services. Mr. Murray ensures that Crimeless Security is in complete compliance with all state and federal laws including the review and implementation of any changes governed by the state attorney generals’ offices.

Darrel Hampton – Director of Security, Nevada Division
Mr. Darrell Hampton serves as Security Director for the Las Vegas, Nevada offices of Crimeless Security. He is responsible for all daily operations and supervises all hiring and background screenings for all prospective employees in the Nevada market. Mr. Hampton is also responsible for obtaining new clients. Mr. Hampton has worked in the security industry since 1991. He is a graduate of Western High School and the Area Technical Trade Center in Las Vegas. Mr. Hampton has received specialized training in Nevada Peace Officer Standards and holds certificates for executive security,special weapons,building clearance, open hand combat, and interviewing techniques. He is also certified in firearms training, report writing and Nevada Law.

Grant Smith – Director of Security, Oklahoma Division
Mr. Grant Smith serves as Security Director for the Moore, Oklahoma offices of Crimeless Security. He is responsible for all daily operations and supervises all hiring and background screenings for all prospective employees in the Oklahoma market. Mr. Smith is also responsible for obtaining new clients. Mr. Smith has been in the security industry since 2006 and been active in Law Enforcement since 2007. Mr Smith has worked in many aspects of the security industry including, armored transport, ATM servicing, armed post security, vehicle patrol, and others. In law enforcement Mr. Smith is certified as a peace officer for the State of Oklahoma and had been trained in many law enforcement subjects including training in Oklahoma law.
